About the role

We are an innovative, family oriented, experienced organisation looking to welcome an experienced, enthusiastic, and empathetic Support Coordinator to deliver person centred support to help people with disability and/or mental illness make the most of their NDIS plans and achieve their life goals.

The Support Coordinator will work as part of a fantastic team. You will be a skilled communicator who is highly organised and have great attention to detail with excellent timekeeping and case note accuracy. A sound understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme and Agency is essential.

The successful applicant will hold:

  • A Certificate IV in Community Services (or a related discipline and/or relevant experience and knowledge),
  • A current Driver's License with access to a road worthy, registered and comprehensively insured vehicle and
  • A Working with Vulnerable People registration
