Ginninderra Early Childhood Centre is a small 45 place centre positioned in the heart of Belconnen. We are seeking a degree or diploma qualified educator to join our team as assistant director and infant team leader. Our infant room is strongly influenced by RIE and Emmi Pikler’s approaches to education and care.
Educators believe in the power of a curriculum that is based on building kind and respectful relationships with infants. We focus on tender care moments (rest time, meal times and nappy changes), building an environment that allows for free movement and uninterrupted play, and encourage a naturally paced motor development.
