About the role

We are seeking a theoretically minded, Diploma qualified Room Leaders in early childhood to join a passionate and supportive team at Capital Region Community Services.

Our room leaders support the Director and other Educators to provide high quality education and care to children within both the nursery and toddler learning environment.

About you

The successful applicants will have a passion and ability to create inviting, natural environments that support children's curiosity and affinity for learning.

You will also be intentional by providing planned as well as spontaneous learning and exploration opportunities for children to challenge their own interests, knowledge, and theories to support a child's holistic development.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Children's Services
  • Hold a current approved First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis certificate
  • A current Working with Vulnerable People card.
