We reach over 70 per cent of Australians newly diagnosed with breast cancer as we advocate for, connect, inform and support them on a journey that nobody wants to take. BCNA’s next five years will be ones of relentless commitment to our legacy, bold innovation, and fearless pursuit of a stronger healthcare system that delivers the very best care, treatment and support for all Australians affected by breast cancer.

Your Opportunity

Reporting to the Director, Policy, Advocacy and Member Support, the Senior Policy Officer will work as a member of the Policy, Advocacy and Member Support Team leading the implementation of a range of project activities that help to integrate and support consumer involvement and critically analysing, evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of our advocacy and policy initiatives.

  • Analysis Support
  • Previous experience in health policy and strategic policy
  • Ability to manage projects
  • Undertaken and applied research and data analysis to support policy development
