About the role

The Manager Programs – Information Forums leads the strategic planning, implementation, evaluation, budget management and delivery of BCNA’s Information Forums and activity that improve the health and wellbeing for people with a breast cancer diagnosis. The Manager Programs works collaboratively as part of the Member Engagement and Content team and cross-functionally across our organisation. This role is full-time, fixed term for up to 3 years.

About you

  • You will have experience leading and managing strategic planning, implementation evaluation.
  • Have held a role where you were required to achieve agreed program objectives on time and within budget.
  • Have had experience in the management of a program from implementation, budget management, stakeholder reporting, and engagement.
  • Have developed and implemented community engagement programs.
  • You are a great collaborator, communicator and have the ability to network effectively.
  • You are an experienced leader when has managed teams to deliver on outcomes and targets and provide guidance regarding the development and implementation of programs.
  • Skilled at developing and delivering project plans, identifying, and managing risks and implement risk management plans for projects/programs/events.
  • Have prepared content for reporting at a Board level.
  • Experience in Community Events or Health will be highly regarded.
