About your new role:

We are currently looking for enthusiastic support workers to provide a variety of services in the Belmont area. Applicants must live around this area and have access to a reliable vehicle. 

Roster:

  • Permanent Part-Time (15 hours per week)
  • You must be available from Monday to Friday
  • You must have flexibility between the hours of 8am-5pm to fit in with customer needs
  • You must be available to drive up to 45 minutes for shifts

Duties:

  • Ability to ensure the care plan is always adhered to
  • Domestic duties (cleaning, laundry, cooking, vacuuming, changing bed linen, mopping and anything in-between)
  • Social support (doctors’ appointments, shopping, general community access support)
  • Personal care (showering, bathing, eating, toileting, grooming, medications amongst another support requirements in line with the care plan)

Skills and Experience:

  • Ideally you will have a Certificate III and previous experience in Community Services. However, if you have a genuine interest in making a difference, we would love to hear from you as full training will be provided
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to obtain or provide proof of Influenza & Covid-19 Vaccination
