About your new role:

Availability: A range of hours across the week including weekends to suit our current customer requirements. 

We are currently looking for people to provide a variety of services during the week as well as weekends, in Nannup, Manjimup, Bunbury, Capel and surrounds, so applicants must be based nearby with a full valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Duties:

  • Ability to ensure the care plan is always adhered to
  • Domestic duties (cleaning, laundry, cooking, vacuuming, changing bed linen, mopping and anything in-between)
  • Social support (doctors’ appointments, shopping, general community access support)
  • Personal care (showering, bathing, eating, toileting, grooming, medications amongst another support requirements in line with the care plan)

Skills and Experience:

  • Ideally you will have a Certificate III and previous experience in Community Services. However, if you have a genuine interest in making a difference, we would love to hear from you as full training will be provided
  • Availability to work different shifts across Monday to Friday as well as weekends 
  • Passionate customer focus
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to obtain or provide proof of Influenza & Covid-19 Vaccination
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with little supervision
