You will oversee a community development team to create and implement programs that provide individual support and community strengthening through grass roots initiatives. HopeStreet works within a trauma informed, strengths based and harm minimisation framework –working to support people in complex circumstances who are experiencing marginalisation such as homelessness, domestic violence and addiction.
You will need to be passionate about creating inclusive and engaging spaces for our clients and promote opportunities for belonging, safety and community. You ensure service users are treated with respect, equality and dignity.
