About the role

In your role of Clinical Supervisor collaboration will be executed through regular meetings with counsellors and case workers to ensure effective and reflective practice. There may also be opportunities to participate in the delivery of professional development from time to time.

About you

The successful candidate will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in relevant human services discipline (eg counselling and/or casework)
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in human services
• Qualifications in clinical supervision
• Experience in providing clinical supervision
• Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
• Ability to work in harmony with BaptistCare mission and values
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional assessment and quality assurance processes
• Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and to work co-operatively within a team
• Demonstrated commitment to social justice outcomes
