About the Role

We're seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join our team at our Baptcare Northaven facility in Kerang 3579, Victoria, on a full-time or part-time basis. This role focuses on providing comprehensive clinical care to consumers, ensuring their dignity, respect, comfort, and quality of life are maintained.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to care staff, fostering a team-based and consumer-focused environment.
• Ensure all staff work within their scope of practice and maintain Baptcare standards of care, professionalism, and customer focus.
• Maintain clear communication, respecting individual privacy and dignity.
• Safely manage medications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and effectively communicate these initiatives.

About You

• Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Experience in Aged Care or working with the elderly.
• Proficient in computer literacy (Microsoft Word & basic Excel).
• Able to meet the inherent requirements of the role.
