Baptcare is a purpose-driven and faith-based organisation working across Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia providing residential and community care for older people and support to children, families, and people with disability, financially disadvantaged people and people seeking asylum.
We have an exciting new role in our Fundraising team for an innovative and experienced Partnerships Coordinator to develop, implement and lead strategic partnerships with trusts, foundations and corporate partners to fund Baptcare's charitable activities.
This position works collaboratively with the Donors Coordinator and colleagues who manage the individual programs that seek funding. It reports to the Head of Mission Development and Communications. The Partnerships Coordinator will work in close collaboration with other members of the Mission Development Team and build effective relationships with other staff across the broader organisation.
The successful applicant will possess five to seven years' experience in managing diverse high value relationships with trusts, foundations and corporate partners in the not-for-profit sector, and a proven track record of successfully attracting funds from these stakeholders. You will require highly developed influencing and written communication skills to craft compelling grant applications to achieve Baptcare's fundraising goals.
