About the role

Reporting to the Operations Manager – In Home Care - Home Care Packages (HCP) this position will lead, support and develop the team of Care Consultants in the South East ensuring they provide exceptional service and specialised advice optimising the benefits of the HCP for the customer. The incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth and opportunity whilst focused on delivering high quality customer-centred care and fostering positive cross-functional relationships.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support Care Consultants in delivering exceptional case management to deliver customer outcomes.
  • Lead and develop team members to deliver for all customers safe and effective services and supports for daily living that meet the customer’s needs, goals and preferences and optimizes their independence, health, well-being and quality of life.
  • Achieve financial and service delivery targets
  • Manage costs and drive business improvements
  • Respond locally to customer and service delivery issues and implement solutions to achieve the expected customer and business outcomes
  • Support the Sales CLC to grow the revenue of the territory through increased sales per consumer and the implementation of new service streams

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years leadership and management
  • Tertiary qualifications in Health, Social Sciences or Business
  • Aged Care - In Home Care - Home Care Package management (desirable)
  • Proven leadership skills in team management and the management of change
  • Business management and customer service experience
  • Developed interpersonal skills and judgement
  • A positive can-do attitude with good analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to think on your feet
  • Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills, in written and verbal English, highly impactful in influencing and negotiation
  • Excellent computer literacy including use of CRM and MS Office (incl.Excel)
