As the first point of contact, the position of Administration Assistant has a vital role to play in establishing and maintaining a high level of customer focused service to our clients, families, staff, volunteers and visitors. The Administration Assistant must demonstrate a positive, efficient and welcoming approach to customer service which represents the warmth and compassion of Baptcare's Westhaven Community.
Ideally you will have experience working within aged care with a proven ability to work co-operatively with a diverse, multicultural workforce and client base. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a deep empathy for older people and family's making big decisions about long term care.
