We are currently seeking a permanent, full time Senior Marketing Consultant - Digital to join our Marketing Team. The Senior Marketing Consultant - Digital is a key role within the marketing team and is responsible for developing and delivering the digital brand campaigns for Bank Australia.

The role will be responsible for the ongoing revision and optimisation of campaign pages on the website (in partnership with the Website Team), developing digital brand media plans, supporting media budget management and ensuring we are always focused on delivering best practice digital advertising experience to attract our values aligned, target market customers.

This role will be well suited to an experienced marketer who has an in-depth understanding of the digital campaign landscape, complex media buys and a passion for emerging digital and tech trends.

What you will be doing

  • Focus on core brand campaigns, including support core ATL bursts whilst ensuring the effectiveness of our Always On Strategy
  • Establish A/B testing strategy across all major campaigns
  • Analyse and produce comprehensive reports on performance effectiveness
  • Keep ahead of trends in the financial services sector and purpose-led sectors to help drive creative and media improvements
  • Support the management of the creative matrix and budget across both brand and product
  • Support the optimisation and development of key campaign pages with the web team to ensure we are creating a seamless user experience
  • Support with the website A/B testing plan and personalisation strategy
  • Work closely with the brand team to develop campaigns aligned to the brand look and feel, whilst maintaining brand tone appropriate for each channel
  • Act as a key resource for internal stakeholders across all levels, building and growing strong relationships
  • Provide relevant reporting and insights on the effectiveness of activities to enable ongoing optimisation
  • Analyse website data, implement tracking and report on digital campaign activity
  • Conduct detailed analysis and reporting on campaign performance using available data sources and analytical tools, and provide recommendations to maximise ROI
  • Assist with preparation of data for the annual Impact Report.

What you will bring

  • Significant experience in a similar digital marketing role
  • Solid working knowledge of the digital marketing space and the vital role that website plays
  • Deep understanding of the digital landscape, including working knowledge of tools such as; Customer data platforms, Ad servers, Dynamic creative display, Google Analytics (including migration to GA4) and Keyword research tools
  • SEO knowledge
  • Experience with Google Suite programs
  • Experience with testing from planning, execution to reporting
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong relationship building ability and stakeholder management skills • Outstanding communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Well-developed PC skills including Word, Power Point and Outlook
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications
