We currently have a permanent, full time opportunity for a Retail Operations Consultant to join our team in Morwell. The Retail Operations Consultant is responsible for ensuring we provide the people we serve (staff and customers) with the highest possible level of quality service and assistance. Retail Operations Consultants ensure this high level of service and assistance is applied consistently to all of the functions performed by the Retail Operations Department and that strong relationships are maintained with our third party suppliers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Complying with Bank Australia operating policies and procedures at all times
  • Performing operational tasks to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintaining reports and documentation
  • Ensuring tasks are completed within established SLA timeframes
  • Ensuring assigned training is up to date at all times
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of Operations products and services in regard to delivery and the identification and development of new systems, processes and procedures
  • Performing other duties consistent with the classification of the position, as directed by Bank Australia Management.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of the Core Banking System and PC literacy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid administration skills and experience
  • Effective decision making, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Desire to develop, learn and expand skills
