We are currently seeking a motivated and versatile professional to join the People & Culture (P&C) team as P&C Generalist for a six month, fixed-term period. The P&C Generalist will play a key role supporting the P&C Manager, business partnering with Bank Australia’s Retail Division, engaging with staff and assisting to deliver the P&C plan and strategies. The P&C Generalist will interact with staff to ensure optimal performance across the Division. Discretion, maturity and ability to work on multiple tasks at once is essential. This position is based in Moe.
