We currently have two entry level Traineeships available. Our traineeships are a great opportunity aimed at people who have limited work experience and have not undertaken study since finishing school. The traineeship is a 12 month, full time contract opportunity to join our Lending Operations team in Morwell.

The Lending Operations Team ensures customers and staff are provided with the highest possible level of quality service and assistance. Lending Operations ensure a superior level of service and assistance is applied consistently to all of the functions performed by the Lending Operations whilst also maintaining strong relationships with third party suppliers in order to deliver the required service standards.

The Traineeship will allow you to undertake a Certificate III in Financial Services whilst working in our Lending Operations Team.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing outstanding internal customer service
  • Loan processing, variations, exception reports and other lending administration
  • Preparation and actioning of mortgage discharges, loan closures and associated functions
  • Loan contracting and funding
  • Certification/bookings and settlements and loan funding
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of Lending Operations services, new systems, processes and procedures
  • Perform other duties consistent with the classification of the position, as directed by Bank Australia management
  • Completing a Certificate III in Financial Services whilst working full time in the Lending Operations Team

A salary will be paid in accordance with the Banking, Finance and Insurance Award 2020.
