We currently have multiple opportunities for Financial Services Trainees to join our team in Moe. The role of the trainee is to work within an allocated department (Contact Centre, Credit or New Lending) of the bank and contribute to delivery of the team’s goals and deliverables in accordance with standards of performance and service determined by the company and its customers. While working full time, the trainee will be supported to complete the Certificate III in Financial Services.

What you will be doing (may vary depending on allocated department)

  • Delivering highly professional, efficient and friendly service
  • Operating systems in accordance with documented procedures and legislative requirements
  • Processing transactions as directed and maintaining accounts
  • Assisting customers with their daily financial needs in an efficient and courteous manner
  • Processing customers’ orders for products and services
  • Participating in staff training and development courses and programs
  • Completing the requirements for the Certificate III in Financial Services.
