We are seeking highly motivated and energetic individuals to form part of our well-established Contact Centre Team and be at the forefront of one of Australia’s leading customer owned banks. What you will be doing

  • Adding value and convenience to our members’ everyday banking needs via inbound calls, online chat, email and social media enquiries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Identifying opportunities including referrals to internal departments
  • Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of our customers’ experience
  • Conducting outbound calls to customers to follow up enquiries and welcome new customers to our bank.

  • Confidence in building strong relationships with customers
  • Well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to determine priorities and follow processes
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and problem solve

Our Contact Centre is open Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and Saturdays from 9am – 2pm. Availability during these hours is required.
