Beautiful Hearts is a member-based, non-religious and non-government organisation. Their vision is to contribute towards building a safe, secure and harmonious society that is free of child sexual abuse. In 2020-21, Beautiful Hearts is implementing the ‘Time’s Up for sexual violence against children in Mongolia” project. This project aims to improve advocacy and service provisions for protection of vulnerable children exposed to sexual violence. In the final year of project implementation, they are planning the development of resources for CSO’s social workers and psychologists to increase delivery of intervention and operation on child sexual abuse. A volunteer social worker or psychologist with recent international best practice and experience is needed to share knowledge and practical experience in management and provision of services for child sexual abuse cases.

• You’ll be supporting the local team in the development of handouts for social workers and psychologists as well as reviewing current psycho-social policies and practices
• You’ll need experience working with vulnerable children as well as experience developing training modules, handouts or toolkits related to child sexual abuse or gender-based violence
• You’ll gain the opportunity to raise awareness and improve professional practices needed to support victims of child sexual abuse in Mongolia 

The Partner Organisation’s preference for this role is part-time (less than 25h per week or more) - Federal Police Check must be completed during application - Video response interview must be completed as part of this application
