 About the Position: 

• You’ll be carrying out an HR audit of RPF including, HR policies, organisational structure and governance overview, salary scales, recruitment, induction, rewards and recognition and exit processes among other HR needs.
• You’ll need relevant HR qualifications
• You'll gain the opportunity to strengthen HR practices in an organisation focused on human rights and freedoms on Fiji
