About the role

This role is responsible for supporting business development though the design, development and coordination of marketing communications activities. 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to produce marketing collateral 
  • Manage content and design across all Autism Queensland digital platforms
  • Coordinate digital marketing activity through social media, EDM, SEM and monitoring website performance
  • Support the planning and facilitation of marketing campaigns, events and other business development activities 
  • Collaborate with managers and teams to support internal communications

This position will be offered on a permanent full-time basis, based at Sunnybank Hills.

Skills and experience

You will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification – e.g. in Marketing, Multimedia or Design
  • Three to five years’ digital marketing work experience with demonstrated effectiveness in a similar role
  • Advanced computer skills including full Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative suite, especially specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
  • Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of marketing collateral, including writing copy for marketing communications including social media
  • Knowledge and understanding of email marketing databases and experience working with a CRM and managing social media platforms
  • Proven time management skills with demonstrated ability to maintain work quality and performance while meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a small team and with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven high effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated high level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
