The Foundation currently provides a range of innovative therapeutic Systems Support including trauma counselling Systems Support for children, young people and their families who have experienced abuse and family violence, sexually abusive treatment programs for children and young people, and therapeutic models of foster, residential and kinship care in Victoria, Tasmania, ACT, Western Australia, New South Wales and the Northern Territory.

The Internal Systems Support Manager will be responsible for the planning, organisation, direction and ongoing review of all facilities, fleet, internal facing administrative and customer service operations across the Foundation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive excellence in the administrative and internal support functions for ACF staff.
  • Oversee the management for all internal facing customer service and administrative support requests including the maintenance of information logs, databases, spreadsheets and the ongoing monitoring and updating of other relevant internal application and systems.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and supervision to the relevant members of the Internal Systems Support team.
  • Support staff to implement new IT platforms and software effectively and efficiently.

About you - Key Selection Criteria

  • An appropriate tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Finance or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in contractor and supplier management.
  • Financial and business acumen as relates to the not for profit sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • The ability to manage complex projects concurrently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work flexibly and responsively in a dynamic environment.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and think outside the box.
  • Project management experience end to end.
  • Preparing a variety of operational activity reports including statistical analysis.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on conflict management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts using a logical and sustainable approach.
  • Previous experience in site and fleet management.
  • Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively to a range of professionals, stakeholders and agencies.
  • A strong and flexible team oriented approach.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • A current driver's licence or equivalent.

Remuneration & Benefits:
