We have lit hospitals, schools, and factories, backed by our focus on sustainability and ethics. We focus on quality and lifespan, ethics and sustainability, aesthetics, and architectural lighting. We act as a distributor, importer, wholesaler, and consultant in the LED lighting industry.

• Salary + uncapped commission ($150k OTE)

Your role

• Opportunity to get in on the ground level of a fast growing ethically-driven company
• Following up existing leads and referrals from our partners
• Contacting potential customers and generating new business
• Contacting your existing network of B2B contacts to generate new business
• Undertaking lighting audits with our app (automated calculations and proposal creation)
• Handling QLD sales of a high-end lighting product for the construction industry
• Presenting proposals to potential customers
• Optional day of paid volunteering per year
• Spending at least one day per week in our office
• Recording data in our CRM
• Become part of the team driving business strategy
• Be part of a booming industry

Requirements

• Computer proficient
• Vehicle and drivers license
• Proven track record of B2B sales with 7yrs+ experience
• Strong lighting experience
• Network of your own B2B networks preferred
• Professional presentation and communication skills
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for sales
• Experience with construction and/or energy efficiency industries
• Hunger to drive new sales including implementing outbound sales campaigns
• Genuine commitment to sustainability
• Genuine commitment to generating positive impact
