Homestay supports families and individuals at risk of homelessness to maintain independent housing or gain access to long term sustainable housing.
Your experience in providing case management to people experiencing complex challenges and passion for developing people will be highly valued by our committed team of Case Managers. You will bring a positive outlook and strong community focus and will share the team’s passion to improve wellbeing, dignity and security for the people we support.
This is a maximum term position until 30 June 2023.
