Community Programs represents a diverse range of programs and initiatives that aim to advance the health, wellbeing and resilience of individuals, families and communities.

About the role

Work with community to develop strategies and responses that increase social participation and community connections for those people at greatest risk of experience deep social exclusion.

Plan, monitor, review and evaluate programs using the Australian Red Cross program management cycle tools and resources while providing staff supervision and oversight of budgets attached to program areas.

What you will bring

• Understanding and experience in Community Development
• Skills in program management and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Knowledge and understanding of intergenerational and ongoing trauma experience by Indigenous Peoples and associated healing/trauma informed approaches
