The MATES program assists people with mental health conditions who are experiencing social isolation to expand their networks and engagement with the community. This position is responsible for the administration, delivery, development and evaluation of the program in Southern Tasmania. In this role you will receive and assess referrals, attract, recruit, and train volunteers and match volunteers with referred clients to increase their social connectedness within the region, supporting the state-wide program.
