About the role

Australian Red Cross recognises that working in Emergency Services can be both mentally and physically demanding and has a dedicated wellbeing service. This position will identify and develop processes to improve the wellbeing support of Australian Red Cross staff and volunteers.

What you will bring

  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills, including public speaking and training
  • Experience applying workforce wellbeing concepts
  • Ability to build rapport, and establish positive and constructive relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience in effectively managing projects within a multi-site organisation
  • Experience identifying, developing and implementing process changes to enable service effectiveness
  • Significant experience working with and supporting volunteers
