Reporting to the State Recovery and Preparedness Coordinator, this role will contribute to enhance community resilience in disaster-impacted areas, with a strong focus on Aboriginal communities. The Recovery Project Officer will work to implement and support sustainable and effective community recovery and preparedness initiatives in partnership with a range of stakeholders, including local and state governments, community groups and service providers.

This role is a SCHADS level 4 but remuneration will be dependent on experience. You can also access generous salary packaging options that can increase your take home pay by paying certain expenses using pre-tax dollars up to $15,900 a year.
