The Learning Leadership & Culture Coach is a key role in our Talent and Culture team and is responsible for delivering outcomes related to the development of workforce learning, leadership and culture. This role will focus on building the skill set and behavioural capabilities of our leadership teams and assisting in the delivering of our Culture growth. Along with the broader Talent and Culture team, you will be focussed on supporting a number of National State teams and programs in the areas of culture, growth and leadership development.
Occasional domestic travel required.
You are collaborative and inclusive with the ability to work without ego to ensure team and organisation outcomes are delivered. You are an accredited coach with exceptional coaching skills and a proven track record delivering coaching for all levels of leadership. You demonstrate a focus on facilitation, not training, and the effective delivery of measurable skill growth across a variety of leadership cohorts.
