You will lead the design, delivery and embedding of our systems and processes underpinned by your knowledge and expertise of Agile and HCD. You will drive continuous improvements through data and insights to improve experience, ensuring project tasks are broken down into user stories and tangible actions.
You will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to promote the successful implementation of new and improved processes, and their consistent application, across the organisation. You will lead a small team of coordinators, providing coaching and support and also co-lead a data analyst role with IT to monitor and measure success.
