You will be crucial in helping the organisation to define and deliver two key digital applications - the transformation of Get Prepared app and the development of a Register.Find.Reunite app as key commitments with significant strategic partnerships for Emergency Services.
In this role you will guide the evolution of these digital products from their current state to a future state as progressive applications that delight users, meeting the demands of both offline & online usage, whilst fully leveraging our DXP Platform and technology strategy.
You will be the ‘glue’ between customers and their needs, business stakeholders and their organisation drivers and the IT delivery team to make sure our customers have an engaging experience and our digital KPIs are met.
