About the role:

The primary role of the Community Support Officer is to assist in delivering the day to day Red Cross programs, in particular transport services, ensuring the services are utilised in the most efficient and effective manner.

What you will bring:

  • Ability to prioritise workload and organise own work environment in line with competing demands and
    ability to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated intermediate computer skills in word processing skills, spreadsheet and database with a
    high level of accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with clients & volunteers
  • Excellent records management and general office administration
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the terms and conditions in the sector
  • Current (or ability to obtain) Working With Vulnerable Persons is mandatory requirement
