About Red Cross

Australian Red Cross is part of one of the largest humanitarian movements in the world seeking to build a better society based on people helping people.

One of our goals is to build an inclusive, diverse and active humanitarian movement, making it easy for millions of Australians to do more good.

REDx team

REDx is our Mobilisation and Social Change team. We came together in 2017 as a ‘Do Tank’ to design for humanitarian action at scale in an era of social action, connection and change.

As a Community Builder, you will work within a team of experienced designers who are looking at big, complex issues and finding ways to make it easy, social and timely for people to do good.

We learn by doing, practice essentialism and gather evidence and insights on the future of doing good.
