About the role

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Assistant Shop Manager, who will support the Area Manager and empower other staff and volunteers in our Cleveland store. This role will support the Area Manager in achieving sales budgets and KPI's, maintain company policy and guidelines, assist develop and inspire your team to provide outstanding customer service as well as create and develop strong visual merchandising standards. In addition, this position will be responsible for the staff and volunteer training and recruitment.

• Demonstrated awareness of current fashion trends and brands
• Ability to coach, manage and empower a team to achieve results
• Ability to stimulate and support learning in a retail environment
