Australian Red Cross is recruiting Anaesthetist to join our international aid worker (delegate) register.

The Anaesthetist, as part of an ICRC or National Society hospital team, performs safe pre and post anaesthesia procedures for emergency and elective surgical interventions, often for the benefit of trauma and weapon wounded individuals. The Anaesthetist works in assisted or ICRC or National Society independent hospital structures, often in limited resources settings and challenging security environment. The Anaesthetist may also be part of part of the mobile surgical team deployed in certain contexts, when required.
