About the role

Provide vital administration assistance to programs supporting vulnerable community members. Your varied duties will include secretariat assistance, financial accounts, coordinating property and fleet requirements, supporting recruitment and training, organising events as well as liaising with members, volunteers and clients.

This position is based in Alice Springs with some travel to Tennant Creek.

What you will bring

  • Highly developed organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent records management and general office administration
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar software and experience using databases
  • Certificate level qualifications in administration, business management or similar
  • An Ochre Card
  • Current NT Drivers Licence
