About the role

The Administration and Finance Officer will support the Extreme Hardship Support Program by effectively managing a diverse range of administrative and financial responsibilities. This role will also focus on identifying and implementing improvements to existing processes and procedures.

What you will bring

  • Highly developed administration, organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Experience in financial administration, business administration and/or financial roles
  • Excellent customer service focus and well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive information and maintain discretion
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
