About the role

You will support the Victorian Emergency Services department and be responsible for managing a range of administrative, and finance support responsibilities, often to tight or competing deadlines, with an attention to detail and quality.

What you will bring

• Experience in financial administration and/or business administration is highly desirable
• Highly developed administrative, organisational and communication skills
• Experience in record management, spreadsheet, information management and database skills
• Highly developed time management skills and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility to work on a range of tasks
• High level of written and verbal communication skills including the ability to build effective relationships quickly

A Working with Children Check is a requirement for this role.
