Position overview

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at AusCare, you’ll work alongside a media team tasked with creating content and materials that aim to educate the public and our clients about healthcare and the services available to them, while providing the best possible digital experience.

Main responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate the digital marketing plan
  • Manage the digital marketing budget across all channels
  • Drive the digital marketing strategy using a test and learn approach
  • Provide regular channel reporting and post campaign analysis, leveraging data to optimise future campaigns
  • Build online traffic through optimising search, social, and other digital media sources
  • Manage the end-to-end development and execution of digital advertising campaigns including landing pages and creative assets
  • Drive engagement through homepage and web content management, aligning to SEO best practise
  • Drive continual site optimisation to improve customer journey

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent employment experience expected
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a marketing specialist
  • A genuine passion to educate, and support individuals seeking healthcare services across Australia
  • Ability to design and translate organisational vision into practical steps that provide a pathway to implementation, setting priorities for own team and others
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience working across digital advertising platforms including Facebook and Google AdWords
  • Experience with website Content Management Systems
  • Experience utilising website analytics packages, primarily Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
