About the Role:

Role Functions

Lead the project management including methodology, timelines and outcomes, in conjunction with Senior Management Team. The position will work with the scope provided by the Directors to provide consistent oversight and framework to all ATSICHS Projects. The role will lead the framework, KPI, formation of committees, timelines, and communication of projects. In addition, the role will provide strategic guidance and input into direction and applicability of project initiatives.

Organisational Contributions

Congruent with the ATSICHS Strategic Plan, the Project Manager will contribute to the organisation by designing methodology for the organisation. The role will specifically work on assisting and/or leading the development consistent Frameworks for all areas of the business.

Contribute to the Development of a Flourishing Team

Provide effective leadership, guidance and support to staff to ensure a flourishing workplace culture that promotes the ethos and values of ATSICHS Brisbane as a long standing Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation.

About You:

Essential:

  • Bachelor qualification in Psychology/Business/Social Work/Human Services or relevant experience.
  • Experience in using project management tools and frameworks such as PRINCE 2 or PMBOK
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects
  • Ability to utilise participative project management practices and adopt a supportive, stimulating engagement style to achieve consensus in achieving the project aims
  • Decisive listening, influencing and persuasive skills
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams
  • Working with Children’s Card (Blue Card) or be eligible to apply

Desirable:

  • Post Graduate qualifications in Project Management
