The Strategy and Performance Unit is responsible for leading whole of agency strategy, strategic projects and developing a sound evidence base to enable monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement that drives performance and program development both within individual program areas and across the agency and government.

As a Senior Director you form part of a passionate and talented senior leadership team with the primary objective of providing leadership in the agency’s strategic direction and projects, and in the creation of robust evidence bases (through data and performance measurement and reports), to ensure the agency's strategy across multiple functional areas aligns with contemporary best practice and achieves outcomes for Territorians.

Your key duties include leading and managing a team of policy and technical experts, providing strategic advice on complex issues related to program and service reform and developing and cultivating strong working relationships with stakeholders. Establishing benchmarks, driving best practice process and preparing correspondence, including Ministerial and Legislative Assembly briefings and Cabinet Submissions is essential component of the role.

This role will draw upon your demonstrated leadership skills that foster a constructive workplace culture and your extensive experience in reporting and presenting information.
