At Asthma Australia we help people to breathe so they can live freely. We work with health professionals, researchers, governments and other partners to deliver evidence based prevention and health strategies to more than half a million people each year. We focus on providing information and education to empower individuals and communities to change behaviour and improve the lives of people living with Asthma.

We need a Health Promotion Content Writer in our Research, Information and Evaluation team to ensure our communications to all audiences contain high quality, accurate and relevant content.

In this role you’ll get to:

• Write content to include in health promotion resources
• Ensure content is consistent with regulatory standards (TGA & Medicines Australia)
• Ensure content is consistent with Asthma Australia Tone of Voice and Brand messaging
• Collaborate with different internal teams on health promotion and communication activities

We’ll expect you to have:

• Experience in health promotion content writing on medical and broader issues
• Fantastic attention to detail and collaboration skills
• The ability to keep pace with changes in new medicines, technology, regulations and research
• Ideally pharmaco-governance experience

This role is for 6 months, with the opportunity to extend.
