• Contract: working from home and available to provide services during normal business hours. Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm EST, excluding public holidays. This contract requires you to have your own ABN number to allow for invoicing and payment.
• Compensation: services will be paid at a rate of $1,600 per calendar month for answering up to 200 calls per month. Additional calls will be paid at a rate of $6 per call.
• Location: home-based using ACD's 3CX VOIP phone system

ABOUT THE VIRTUAL RECEPTIONIST

The Virtual Receptionist will provide professional and efficient customer support service.

As the first point of contact for callers to ACD, you will provide a welcoming, professional service to families of children with disability and professionals working with children with disability.

The Virtual Receptionist will work from home and respond to all incoming calls to the organisation using ACD's 3CX VOIP phone system.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN:

• Be the first point of contact for callers to ACD, providing a warm phone manner.
• Listen and empathise with callers to identify their advocacy issue.
• Document caller information and enter it into the Client Contacts Spreadsheet via Google Documents.
• Transfer calls via 3CX VOIP phone system to ACD staff as required.
• Inform the Support Manager of priority calls in a timely manner.
• Be available to provide services during normal business hours.
