Training Administration Officer

ACD is the leading organisation advocating for children with disability and their families in Victoria. We are a not-for-profit organisation led by and for families.

ACD runs more than 100 workshops for families and professionals each year. Our workshops help families connect with each other and develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to speak up for their child with disability. We also run workshops for professionals on how to work effectively with families.

This role assists with the organisation of workshops, including scheduling, liaising with workshops hosts, logistics, data collection and evaluation.


  • Build campaigns in Salesforce and use Eventbrite to ensure smooth running of workshops, including event registrations, reminders, attendee lists and prompt evaluation processes.
  • Establish and follow processes and provide high level administration support.
  • Work collaboratively with the Communications and Partnerships team on the marketing of workshops.
  • Oversee the data collection relating to workshops, including hosts, attendees and evaluation.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and liaise with workshop hosts to coordinate logistics including dates, venues and facilitators.
  • Meet targets, maintain data records and collect and report on evaluation data.
