The Reception at Refugee Resource Hub - Dandenong will provide a busy and varied environment. Our reception is the first point of contact for clients and the public, and our Reception Volunteers offer a safe, professional and inviting environment to make our centre a warm community space for people seeking asylum. Reception plays a large role in welcoming clients and ensuring safety and trust, and as such you will display the values of compassion, empathy and support through your actions and words.
This role is looking for a commitment of 1 shift per week, for a minimum of 6 months. Shifts are available Monday - Friday from 9:30am–5pm.

The Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC) is both a place and a movement. We are an independent not-for-profit whose programs support and empower people seeking asylum to maximise their own physical, mental and social wellbeing.
