Founded 19 years ago, the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC) is Australia’s largest human rights organisation providing support to people seeking asylum. We are an independent not-for-profit organisation whose programs support and empower people seeking asylum to maximise their own physical, mental and social well being. We champion the rights of people seeking asylum and mobilise a community of compassion to create lasting social and policy change.

The ASRC is looking for an experienced fundraising professional to focus on providing ASRC donors with an exceptional experience through supporter stewardship and engagement strategies for single and regular donors. The role is key to increasing revenue, reducing supporter attrition and growing loyalty.
The Supporter Engagement Coordinator will utilise their experience and knowledge to demonstrate the impact of donations in order to maintain a high level of supporter engagement.
This role will join the ASRC’s dedicated and passionate fundraising team. The successful candidate will also have the unique opportunity to support the pilot of a cross-functional telemarketing team that will focus on nurturing and retaining relationships with ASRC donors and fundraisers.
When stepping into this reshaped role, you will draw on your experience in content and copywriting to create a comprehensive and exceptional supporter journey.
By utilising your exemplary communication skills and experience in fundraising or direct marketing, you will be able to curate positive relationships to enhance the experience of donors at the ASRC.
