This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned Program Manager with strong leadership, planning and organisational skills who thrives on working with a team to design service delivery models that truly respond to the complex issues our clients face.
The Homelessness and Basic Needs Response Program (HBNR) consists of a Basic Needs Response Team, a Homelessness Response Team, and cross-program Material Aid support staff. The HBNR Program provides critical information, advice, advocacy, referral, and direct material/financial aid services to address issues related to basic survival needs for people seeking asylum.
The ASRC is looking for an outcomes focussed, authentic, empathetic and passionate leader to take this program to the next level through our new strategic direction. As part of the Extended Leadership Team, the Program Manager - Critical Service Delivery will collaborate with key ASRC programs, key stakeholders across the asylum seeker, homelessness, and basic needs sectors as well as people seeking asylum and refugees.
