Aspire Recovery Connection is a for-purpose organisation delivery mental health services in the community. We are a Lived Experience organisation, providing recovery-oriented outreach services for people living with significant mental and emotional distress.

As a Recovery Coach you will work from a lived experience, human rights and strengths-based framework to support people towards their recovery goals.

You will have experience working in mental health and be committed to peer work values, trauma-informed and person-centred approaches. Experience working in the NDIS is not essential but would be valuable to the role.

In addition to lived experience of mental distress, social exclusion and/or discrimination, you will also have:

  • A minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work/Mental Health or related qualification (or be very close to completion)
  • At least 2 years of experience delivering support to people living with mental and emotional distress

The pay rate is $1395.54 per week (full time). Part-time/Full-time work available.
