ARC is an NDIS provider, providing recovery oriented outreach services for people seeking psychosocial support. As a Peer Mentor you will work from a lived experience, human rights and strengths based framework to support people towards their recovery goals.

You will have experience working in mental health and be committed to a trauma informed and person centred approach. You will be willing to work across a 7 day roster.

We greatly value the expertise of people with a lived experience of mental distress, social exclusion and/or discrimination in our team. You will also have a minimum certificate III in Mental Health/Community Services and your own car.

At ARC our team are our most valuable asset. We offer regular team building, one to one and reflective practice supervision and ongoing professional development opportunities.

The role is classified at SCHADS Award level 3.2

Current DCSI clearance is essential.
